Ghost Dye™ Violet 510 was used as a viability dye in order to replace LIVE/DEAD® Fixable Aqua Dead Cell Stain Kit 405 from Life Technologies, which is really expensive.
Flow Cytometry
Human PBMCs, Jurkats cells, mouse LNK, MV4-11 cells, HEK 293T cells
Dilute 1/1000ul in PBS 1X, then resuspend cells in 100ul for 15min at RT in dark

This Ghost BV510 was used on MV4-11 cells (see graph). It works great for a lot of cell types and cell lines and is identical to LIVE/DEAD from life technologies but only cheaper!
You will need to buy Arc beads from Life Technologies (#A10346) to be able to run compensation in a multicolor panel.
