This is a decent CD8 antibody. Easy to use and works well at 1:50. Not as bright as I would expect from a BV650 color. Signal is maintained after fix/perm for intracellular staining of other markers. Need to have a violet laser so this antibody not appropriate for certain flow cytometers.
