Primary antibody diluted 1:500 in 1% BSA- PBS and incubated the coverslips with cells for 1 hour at room temperature

Blocking Agent

5% BSA prepared in PBS for 1 hour at room temperature.

Secondary Incubation

Donkey anti-sheep IgG (H+L) Secondary Antibody, Alexa Fluor® 568 conjugate(A-21099 thermo fisher) 1:400 diluted in 1% BSA- PBS incubated for 1 hour at room temperature

Detection

Coverslips were inverted onto a glass slide with a drop of mounting media and Imaged using Zeiss LSM 700 confocal fluorescence microscope
