Company:

eBioscience

Product Name:

PERCP-Cy5.5 anti-mouse CD4

Catalog Number:

45-0042-82

This antibody was used for staining CD4+ cells within mouse splenocytes. Even though PERCP-Cy5.5 is a really dim fluorophore, there was a distinct separation between the positive and negative cells. Apart from the small background stain in negative cells, the staining was relevant and succinct for the target marker.

Detection

Flow cytometry on PERCP-Cy5.5

Results Summary

Although the level of fluorescence was low, specific expression of CD4+ cells was observed. A small level of background was observed, but it was better than some of the other antibodies from Ebioscience
