We prepare single cells from various tissues for our genomic studies. We encountered lot of damaged and dead cells in the end from the preparation. This kit works on MACS principle, fairly simple and easy to use. We use this kit to remove dead cells from the cells suspension as part of our procedure.

Cells suspension
The Cells suspension (1-10million cells) lung/brain, blood was mixed with binding buffer and incubated for 20 min at RT. The Cell-beads suspension was pass through MS columns, effluent collected for viable cells.
Optimum condition - Room temperature
We obtained final suspension that shows 70-80% reduction of dead cells from the initial suspension.
