30 minute incubation at 4oC. Antibody was used at a 1 in 100 diltuion

BD LSR X-20 Fortessa. Analysis using FlowJo v10

Results Summary

Antibody worked well giving a bright positive population allowing the identification of CD14hi and CD14lo human monocytes
