DNA can be amplified by using BIOLASETM DNA polymerase which possess 5’-3’ exonuclease activity along with polymerase activity. It produces the PCR amplified products with high precision.
DNA amplification and the PCR products can be integrated into cloning vectors.

DNA was amplified by using BIOLASETM DNA polymerase. Thie kit also contain 10x NH4 Reaction buffer and 50mM MgCl2 solution. DNA template and primers were added and further PCR machine was programmed to amplify the DNA.
Kit should be stored at -20°C
The amplified DNA was run on the agarose gel and sharp bands were observed and there was no non-specific amplification
