Present study was conducted to test the role of specific treatment on Tiam1 expression in human endothelial cells. Growth arrested endothelial cells were given to specific treatments, protein extracts were made, resolved in 7.5% SDS PAGE, and western transferred in nitrocellulose membrane. Blot was probed with Tiam1 antibody to detect Tiam1 in protein samples. Santa Cruz Biotechnology antibody flyer has shown very good detection of Tiam1 by western blot so, the antibody was purchased.

Just opposite to whatever is shown in Santa Cruz Biotech antibody flyer. We got a lot of non specific bands in human endothelial cells. Antibody passed to detect Tiam1 band at almost 200 kDa molecular weight. There was no or very little positive effect specific treatment on Tiam1 expression observed.
