In the present study, the time course effect of VEGFA was tested for its effect on study state levels of Rho A protein in human endothelial cells. For this, cells were grown in complete media with up to 80% confluence, then growth arrested for 24 hrs and treated with VEGFA foe different time periods. Cells were lysed in RIPA buffer and equal amount of proteins were resolved in 12% SDS-PAGE followed by immunoblotting with Rho A antibody obtained from Santa Cruz Biotechnology Inc. Selection of antibody was based on information provided in antibody flyer.
