Human aortic endothelial cells were subjected to growth factor treatment for various time points and tested for its effect on phospho GDK3 beta levels. After resolving proteins from each treatment in 10% SDS-PAGE, it was western transferred and nitrocellulose membrane was probed with pGSK3 beta antibody to measure its steady state levels and effect of growth factor treatments. Abacm antibody was selected because company flyer has shown nice single band of pGSK3 beta in non-transfected cells.

Phospho GDK3 beta antibody has detected a specific bright, sharp band of pGDK3 beta protein at correct size. Another non specific band at around 60 kDa was also detected.
