After finishing the incubation with secondary antibody, wash with TBST buffer, then mix pico reagent A and B in according to 1:1 ratio (usually 0.5 mi mixure for 1 whole membrane), put the mixture on the membrane for 1 minute, and then transfer the membrane to the cassette, developed with film in the dark room.
Put the mixture to the target band area
The band is very strong, and the reaction in the dark room is stable for more than 10 to 20 minutes
