Review for Dionex DNAPac PA100 Nucleic Acid Column

An anion exchange column (AEC) (Dionex®DNAPac PA100 Nucleic Acid Column, 4 x 250 mm) was used for the purification of DNA tetrahedral nanoparticles (TDNs), and all chromatograms were collected at 260 nm. A typical AEC mobile phases were: A phase: 375 mM NaClO4, 25 mM Tris base (pH 8.0); B phase: 25 mM Tris base, pH 8.0. 10~500 μL of as-prepared TDNs was loaded and eluted at a flow rate of 1 mL/min with gradient elution.
