This IFN-beta ELISA kit by BioLegend is easy to use and fast.

The plate is pre-coated, it just need to be washed (with 300ul of washing buffer) and then you can add your supernatant (50ul). Make your standard curve: there is no possibility to do wrong dilutions, in the datasheet there is everything you need to know and more. Incubate the supernatant 2h at RT - 200rpm. Wash 3 times (300 ul each wash)Incubate 30min, 200 rpm with 100 ul of Avidin-HRPWash 5 times. Incubate 30min in the dark with 100 ul of substrate solution FStop with 100ul of stop solutionRead at 450nm.
In the last wash soak the wells for around 1min, to reduce the background.
After calculating your standard curve, is really easy to analyze the data. Good duplicate; perfect standard curve.

You can save the wells that you are not using. Cheap. Small amount of samples.
Good ELISA, and BioLegend is probably the only company (at a reasonable price) that has a mouse IFNbeta ELISA.
