Unmaintained diabetics are prone to elevated glycated haemoglobin levels where glucose binds with Hb protein. It is used to find out the glycated haemoglobin (HbA1c) levels in various samples (humans & rats).
Estimation of glycated heamoglobin in blood samples

Taken the freshly drawn diabetic rat blood in Heparin tubes and it is used for HbA1C estimation with this instrument. Dip the capillary tube of cartridge which sucks the required amount of blood in it. Then place the cartridge in the instrument. Get the results within 2 minutes.
