Anti- RSV N protein antibody was used for immunofluorescence. It worked great. We got very strong positive signal using green alexa fluorophore as a secondary antibody.
Immunofluorescence
Vero cells infected with RSV A2 strain for 24 hours
1:500 dilution, incubation for 1 hour at room temperature
2% BSA solution blocking for 1 hour at room temperature
Alexa Fluor 488 Goat anti mouse antibody at 1:1000 dilution for 1 hour at RT

Fluorescent microscope
The antibody worked very well. Very strong positive signal in the RSV infected cells. Uninfected cells didn't show any activity.
