A spleen was harvested from a C57BL/6 mouse and a single cell suspension was made. The cells were stained with the antibody that I am reviewing and also stained with an anti-mouse CD11c antibody. For data analysis, I gated on the CD11c positive population and assessed expression levels on a histogram for the antibody that I am reviewing. This antibody was used to assess PD ligand 1 expression on the surface of CD11c+ dendritic cells.
