This is our new acquisition for reading ELISPOT plates. The most significant advantages are: a high zoom lens for seamless switching between 96-well and 384-well plates; compatibility with several different assay types and a comprehensive analysis and quality control suite to get the most accurate results.

T cells were stimulated on ELISPOT plates followed by staining using the kit protocol. The developed plates were then read by the machine.
One must fully understand the analysis and QC options available to get the most out of this machine.
I was able to detect and read spots in wells with high background and density. The software lets you customize spot size and intensity to get best and most accurate results.
