ReadyMixTM Taq PCR Reaction Mix with MgCl2 is a prepared solution which contains everything in proper quantity needed for gene amplification by PCR. cDNA and the specific primers are added to the reaction mix according to the manufacturer’s instructions and the PCR programme was set up and run. Once the PCR was over, the amplified product was observed in 3% agarose gel.
