Product Name:

Alexa Fluor 700 Mouse anti-Human Granzyme B

Catalog Number:

560213

GranzymeB is expressed in cytotoxic T lymphocytes and NK cells after antigen activation. Granzyme B released by T cells causes apoptosis of target cells like tumors or foreign grafts. This antibody was used to measure granzyme B expression in poly-clonally activated CD8 T cells. The staining worked well with minimal background.

Experimental Design and Results Summary

Applications

Flow Cytometry

Sample

Purified mouse CD8 T cells

Primary Incubation

1:200 in Perm/Wash buffer

Blocking Agent

FcR block

Secondary Incubation

NA

Tertiary Incubation

NA

Detection

Flow Cytometry - Alexa fluor 700 channel

Results Summary

The dot plots show good staining with minimal background. A lot of AF700 dyes bleed into APC channel, but this one was easy to compensate as seen in the dot plot measuring AF700 against APC.
