Following overnight incubation with primary rabbit antibodies, we selected this secondary anti-rabbit antibody to be able to detect specific proteins in a number of samples.

Li-Cor Odyssey infrared Imaging system
We have had continued success with Li-Cor secondary antibody products. Proteins are clearly visible using the Odyssey Infrared Imaging system. The bonus is the dilution factor is 1:15,000, allowing this product to last for a long time. DO NOT leave membrane or antibody exposed to light for long as signal will become weak.
We have had success multiplexing this with the IRDye800CW green secondary antibody
Consistent results. Easy to work with.
Light Sensitive. Remember to store properly and not to expose membrane to light after exposing to antibody.
Li-Cor secondary antibodies are trustworthy and last for a long time.
