PTEN is a tumor suppressor gene and has a crucial role in MAPK signaling and the apoptotic pathway. I used PTEN antibody from Cell signaling and it worked okay for me. I would recommend this antibody for use in western blotting.
Western Blot
Whole cell lysate
Incubate membrane with diluted primary antibody in 5% w/v BSA, 1X TBS, 0.1% Tween® 20 at 4°C with gentle shaking, overnight.
5% non fat milk for one hour at RT
Anti-rabbit secondary antibody at 1:3000 dilution in blocking solution, incubated at room temperature for an hour

I got single bands for the freshly diluted antibody. I would not recommend re-use of the diluted antibody.

It is not reusable.
All in all, a good antibody.
