We routinely use this antibody in our 8-10 color multi parameter flow cytometry analysis and the CD8a antibody conjugated to APC-eF780 works very well to identify CD8 T cells. This APC-eF780 fluorochrome is also more resistant to Fix/perm buffers compared to its counterpart APC-Cy7, which can be detected in the same channel as APC-eF780.
