Tonbo CD11c Red Fluor 710 antibody

We are assessing consequences of Aryl hydrocarbon Receptor (AhR) activation in dendritic cells. Specifically for these experiments we were assessing Aryl hydrocarbon Receptor activation in bone marrow derived dendritic cells. Precursor cells are isolated with Lympholyte M from whole bone marrow suspensions and grown in the presence of GM-CSF for 5-7 days. We then use flow cytometry and RT-PCR to assess changes in dendritic cells after AhR activation. Here, I used Tonbo CD11c for assessment of bone marrow-derived dendritic cells via fluorescence cytometry.
