The aim of my research is to study lymph node cells in cancer. In my experiment, I tested if a cytokine associated with tumor promotion alters cell counts. We selected IgM Antibody from Biolegend specifically because IgM is expressed in B cells and can be found in lymph nodes. Using this product I was able to differentiate B cell subsets.
