I routinely use this kit for converting RNA to cDNA for downstream analysis using Real-time PCR, micro-array etc. It is very easy to use and mostly gives complete conversion into cDNA. The kit is good for several hundred reactions and and comes with all reagents needed.
Conversion of RNA to cDNA
Pure RNA
Prepare a cocktail according to the kit instructions and run it on a regular PCR machine using the program specified.
