In our lab we use copGFP as a marker for lentiviral infection, that way we can confirm either by immunofluorescence or Western blot whether our cells got infected or not . Sometimes there can be problems with copGFP expression levels and if they are too low to see in a fluorescent microscope, but we can confirm by Western blot. This antibody recognizes denatured TurboGFP and CopGFP
