In these experiments, I wanted to investigate whether a novel receptor (for olfactory bulb tissue) was co-expressed with known subpopulations-the antibodies used target known histological markers for these subpopulations.  I used this antibody with fluorescent secondary antibodies for immunofluorescence in fixed brain tissue. It worked well and gave great pictures.
