The aim of my study was to investigate CD4+ T cell proliferation. I harvest mouse splenocytes and use following antibodies from Biolegend to isolate CD4+ T cells and B cells: APC conjugated anti mouse CD45R/B220 Ab, APC/Cy7 conjugated anti-mouse CD4 Antibody, PE conjugated anti-mouse CD3 Antibody and anti mouse CD16/32 antibody.The main advantage of these antibodies was to easily use them in the available FACS instrument without much spectral overlap.
