RNA Capping

RNA Capping RNA capping is a post-transcriptional modification process in eukaryotes that enhances mRNA stability, nuclear export, translation initiation, and protects mRNA from exonuclease degradation. Products in this catalog support RNA capping applications through different in vitro methods, such as enzymatic Cap0 generation, Cap0 to Cap1 conversion, capping efficiency assessment, co-transcriptional incorporation of cap structures, as well as their removal. Visit the reagent or kit supplier page for more information, including kit components and recommended use.
