Luminometers

Luminometers are sensitive photometers designed to measure all bioluminescent and chemiluminescent assays; they are essential for interpreting experimental results. Many will also scan for fluorescence in addition to measuring UV and visible light absorbance. A luminometer can be used for a wide variety of assays including luciferase assays, ATP assays, cellular luminescence, gene reporter assays, enzyme activity assays, and cell-based assays for drug discovery.
