  • A Marker for Megakaryocytes

    Detecting megakaryocytes by flow cytometry is never easy. These cells are usually very large and fragile. Therefore, we needed to give our assay every chance of labelling them. We chose this antibody because it has both CD41 and CD61 together. Also, it was on a fluorochrome that we were able to use in our multi-color panel. A full titration was performed before adding it to the panel. The result from the optimal volume is shown in the plot.
