A375 Cell Lines

The A375 cell line comprises immortalized human skin melanoma cells derived from an adult female patient. The cells feature epithelioid morphology and have notable mutations in the genes B-RAF and CDKN2. A375 cells have been used in a xenograft model using chick and mice to study melanoma progression and metastasis. Recombinant A375 cells with genetic modifications, such as constitutive genes or knockouts have also been generated for research use. Visit the cell supplier page for more information.
