Magnetic Cell Isolation Tools Magnetic cell isolation products are available from various suppliers for the isolation or separation of desired cells from complex mixtures. Mediated by magnetic particles, magnetic isolation can lead to high yields of viable and functional cells. This method is favored as it is biologically non-invasive, low cost, and reusable. Magnetic separators direct magnetic particles externally, allowing separation with minimal contact with samples. The isolated cells can then be used for culturing, flow cytometry, or further sorting. Cell type-specific isolation kits are also available for targets such as T cells, NK cells, and monocytes.
