eGFP is an enhanced green fluorescent protein with maximum excitation/emission wavelengths at 488 nm/509 nm respectively. When transfected into cells, it expresses intense green fluorescence and can serve as a control for studying the transfection and expression of target genes in mammalian cells. This product is synthesized using the T7 High Yield RNA Transcription Kit (E131) and modified with the Cap 1 Capping System (M082), forming mature mRNA featuring a 5' Cap 1 structure and 3' poly(A) tail (Figure 1).
