Christian Choe is a bioengineering graduate student at Stanford University co-advised by Drs. Possu Huang and Rhiju Das. Christian explores RNA and protein design. The RNA design is focused on multi-input calculators. With proteins, Christian explores protein generative modeling with the goal of designing de novo epitope specific monobodies/nanobodies/antibodies.
