Description
The compact, high-performance Brevis GC-2050 gas chromatograph delivers best-in-class analytical performance and scalability in an ultra-compact design. Despite being only 350 mm (approximately 14 inches) wide, the oven can accommodate two 100-meter industry standard columns for dual line analysis capabilities. In addition, the Brevis GC-2050 can be equipped with a full complement of detectors, injectors, and sample prep devices for use across a wide range of applications.
Features:
- Active flow controller with a built-in central processing unit supports constant linear velocity, constant flow rate and constant pressure control of carrier gas, respectively, to achieve outstanding analytical reproducibility with ultra-high speed and ultra-precise control
- Versatile system configurations with choice of sample introduction units and detectors
- Simultaneous use of up to two general capillary columns
- Reduced helium usage via carrier gas save mode
- Remote display monitoring and control
- Simplified maintenance and tool-less column installation
- Quick, efficient automatic conditioning
- Allows use of hydrogen as the carrier gas
- ECO Idling function can help reduce power consumption by approximately 61% and gas consumption by about 92% compared to previous models
- Optional gas selector achieves additional gas savings by automatically switching the gas from helium to an alternative gas
- Optional built-in hydrogen sensor detects potential leaks early and keeps the system in a safe standby mode
- Automatic carrier gas leak check function to support hydrogen carrier gas use
LabSolutions Direct enables users to monitor instrument status and chromatographic signals, start and stop the instrument and begin analysis from a web browser on a PC or smart device at a remote office or home. i-PeakFinder software simulates the operations of experts, and allows even inexperienced users to acquire highly reliable data quickly and efficiently.
