  • Limited Performance Observed with Rabbit Polyclonal Unc93a Antibody

We created a construct for the overexpression of UNC93A and transiently transfected it into HEK293T cells. The FLAG-tagged UNC93A protein was easily detected with an anti-FLAG antibody. However, we were unable to identify a corresponding band using the UNC93A antibody, even at a dilution of 1:100. These results indicate that while the overexpression construct is successfully expressed, the antibody does not recognize UNC93A under the conditions used for Western blotting.
  • Robust CD80 Detection with BioLegend BV421™

This antibody performed exceptionally well in our studies, demonstrating strong specificity, consistent staining, and excellent reproducibility across experiments.
