LRRC1 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein leucine rich repeat containing 1, which is encoded by the LRRC1 gene in humans. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid sequence of 524 residues and a mass of 59.2 kDa. It is known to be localized in the membrane and cytoplasm and is noted to be expressed strongly in testis and placenta, followed by heart, lung, kidney, thyroid, trachea, colon, prostate and pancreas. As many as 2 protein isoforms have been reported. Other alias names for this target include dJ523E19.1, leucine-rich repeat-containing protein 1, LANO adapter protein, LAP (leucine-rich repeats and PDZ) and no PDZ protein, LAP and no PDZ protein, and LANO.
Some LRRC1 ELISA kits can detect targets at levels as low as 0.156 ng/mL and as high as 10 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
