GAK ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein cyclin G associated kinase, which is encoded by the GAK gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is reported to associate with cyclin G and CDK5. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 1311 residues, a mass of 143.2 kDa, and is a member of the Ser/Thr protein kinase protein family. It is known to be localized in the golgi and cytoplasm and is ubiquitously expressed across many tissue types. As many as 2 protein isoforms have been reported. Other alias names for this target include DNAJC26, auxilin-2, and DNAJ26.
There are GAK ELISA kits that can detect a target at concentrations as low as 0.156 ng/mL and as high as 10 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
