NRBF2 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein nuclear receptor binding factor 2, which is encoded by the NRBF2 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is believed to modulate transcriptional activation by target nuclear receptors. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid sequence of 287 residues and a mass of 32.4 kDa. It is known to be localized in the nucleus, cytoplasmic vesicles, and cytoplasm and is notably expressed in keratinocytes, liver and placenta. As many as 3 protein isoforms have been reported. Other alias names for this target include COPR1, COPR2, comodulator of PPAR and RXR 1, comodulator of PPAR and RXR 2, and COPR.
Some NRBF2 ELISA kits can detect targets at levels as low as 78 pg/mL and as high as 20 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
