STPG1 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein sperm tail PG-rich repeat containing 1, which is encoded by the STPG1 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is believed to positively contribute to the induction of apoptosis triggered by O(6)-methylguanine. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 334 residues, a mass of 36.8 kDa, and is a member of the STPG1 protein family. It is known to be localized in the nucleus and cytoplasm. As many as 3 protein isoforms have been reported. Other alias names for this target include O6-methylguanine-induced apoptosis 2, UPF0490 protein C1orf201, sperm-tail PG-rich repeat-containing protein 1, and O(6)-methylguanine-induced apoptosis 2.
Some STPG1 ELISA kits can detect targets at levels as low as 0.156 ng/mL and as high as 10 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
