KDM4E ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein lysine demethylase 4E, which is encoded by the KDM4E gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is reported to be a histone demethylase that specifically demethylates 'Lys-9' of histone H3, thereby playing a central role in histone code. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 506 residues, a mass of 56.8 kDa, and is a member of the JHDM3 histone demethylase protein family. It is known to be localized in the nucleus. Other alias names for this target include KDM4D-like protein, [histone H3]-trimethyl-L-lysine(9) demethylase 4E, lysine (K)-specific demethylase 4E, and lysine-specific demethylase 4E.
There are KDM4E ELISA kits that can detect a target at concentrations as low as 0.156 ng/mL and as high as 10 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
