INIP ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein INTS3 and NABP interacting protein, which is encoded by the INIP gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is a known component of the SOSS complex, a multiprotein complex that functions downstream of the MRN complex to promote DNA repair and G2/M checkpoint. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 104 residues, a mass of 11.4 kDa, and is a member of the SOSS-C protein family. It is known to be localized in the nucleus. As many as 2 protein isoforms have been reported. Other alias names for this target include SSB-interacting protein 1, hSSB-interacting protein 1, minute INTS3/hSSB-associated element, sensor of single-strand DNA complex subunit C, and SOSS complex subunit C.
Some INIP ELISA kits can detect targets at levels as low as 0.156 ng/mL and as high as 10 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
