Hid1 ELISA Kits

HID1 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein HID1 domain containing, which is encoded by the HID1 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is believed to play an important role in the development of cancers in a broad range of tissues. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 788 residues, a mass of 88.7 kDa, and is a member of the Hid-1 protein family. It is known to be localized in the golgi and cytoplasm and is found to be expressed in heart, skeletal muscle, colon, spleen, kidney, liver, small intestine and lung. As many as 3 protein isoforms have been reported. The HID1 gene has been associated with the disease, Developmental and epileptic encephalopathy 105 with hypopituitarism. Other alias names for this target include HID1 domain-containing protein, UPF0663 transmembrane protein C17orf28, down-regulated in multiple cancers 1, downregulated in multiple cancer 1, protein hid-1 homolog, and protein HID1.

Some Hid1 ELISA kits can detect targets at levels as low as 0.156 ng/mL and as high as 10 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
