REV3L ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein REV3 like, DNA directed polymerase zeta catalytic subunit, which is encoded by the REV3L gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is a known catalytic subunit of the DNA polymerase zeta complex, an error-prone polymerase specialized in translesion DNA synthesis (TLS). The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 3130 residues, a mass of 352.8 kDa, and is a member of the DNA polymerase type-B protein family. It is known to be localized in the nucleus and is ubiquitously expressed across many tissue types. As many as 2 protein isoforms have been reported. Other alias names for this target include REV3, DNA polymerase zeta catalytic subunit, REV3-like, polymerase (DNA directed), zeta, catalytic subunit, Rev-3, yeast, homolog-like (polymerase, DNA, zeta), and POLZ.
There are REV3L ELISA kits that can detect a target at concentrations as low as 0.156 ng/mL and as high as 10 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
