LRRC32 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein leucine rich repeat containing 32, which is encoded by the LRRC32 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is a reported key regulator of transforming growth factor beta (TGFB1, TGFB2 and TGFB3) that controls TGF-beta activation by maintaining it in a latent state during storage in extracellular space. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 662 residues, a mass of 72 kDa, and is a member of the LRRC32/LRRC33 protein family. It is known to be localized in the cell membrane and is found to be highly expressed in regulatory T-cells (Tregs). The protein has been noted to be post-translationally glycosylated. The LRRC32 gene has been associated with the disease, Cleft palate, proliferative retinopathy, and developmental delay.
