HASPIN ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein histone H3 associated protein kinase, which is encoded by the HASPIN gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is a type of serine/threonine-protein kinase that phosphorylates histone H3 at 'Thr-3' (H3T3ph) during mitosis. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 798 residues, a mass of 88.5 kDa, and is a member of the Ser/Thr protein kinase protein family. It is known to be localized in the nucleus and cytoplasm and is reported to be highly expressed in testis. As many as 2 protein isoforms have been reported. The protein has been noted to be post-translationally phosphorylated. Other alias names for this target include H-haspin, germ cell associated 2, haspin, germ cell-specific gene 2 protein, haploid germ cell-specific nuclear protein kinase, and serine/threonine-protein kinase haspin.
Some HASPIN ELISA kits can detect targets at levels as low as 31.25 pg/mL and as high as 20 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
