ATP12A ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein ATPase H+/K+ transporting non-gastric alpha2 subunit, which is encoded by the ATP12A gene in humans. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 1039 residues, a mass of 115.5 kDa, and is a member of the Cation transport ATPase (P-type) (TC 3.A.3) protein family. It is known to be localized in the cell membrane and is reported to be expressed in airway epithelial cells. As many as 2 protein isoforms have been reported. Other alias names for this target include H-K-ATPase, HK, potassium-transporting ATPase alpha chain 2, ATPase, H+/K+ transporting, nongastric, alpha polypeptide, and ATP1AL1.
There are ATP12A ELISA kits that can detect a target at concentrations as low as 0.156 ng/mL and as high as 20 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
