GOLGA7B ELISA Kits

GOLGA7B ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein golgin A7 family member B, which is encoded by the GOLGA7B gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is reported to play a role in cell adhesion by regulating the plasma membrane localization of the palmitoyltransferase ZDHHC5. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 167 residues, a mass of 18.3 kDa, and is a member of the ERF4 protein family. It is known to be localized in the golgi and cell membrane and is reported to be expressed in the brain, but not in the lung, nor chondrocytes. The protein has been noted to be post-translationally palmitoylated. Other alias names for this target include golgin subfamily A member 7B and golgi autoantigen, golgin subfamily a, 7B.

There are GOLGA7B ELISA kits that can detect a target at concentrations as low as 0.156 ng/mL and as high as 10 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
