CD244 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein CD244 molecule, which is encoded by the CD244 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is reported to be a heterophilic receptor of the signaling lymphocytic activation molecule (SLAM) family; its ligand is CD48. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid sequence of 370 residues and a mass of 41.6 kDa. It is known to be localized in the cell membrane and is reported to be expressed in spleen, PBL, followed by lung, liver, testis and small intestine. As many as 4 protein isoforms have been reported. The protein has been noted to be post-translationally O-glycosylated and phosphorylated. Other alias names for this target include NAIL, NKR2B4, Nmrk, SLAMF4, natural killer cell receptor 2B4, and 2B4.
There are CD244 ELISA kits that can detect a target at concentrations as low as 15.6 pg/mL and as high as 90 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
